We possess a young HP laptop running Windows 10 experiencing some strange behavior. The display becomes partially unclear, making it hard to discern details, and a central loading symbol appears (the kind with circular dots). You can still navigate the cursor around the screen. Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del opens the menu normally, but clicking on items like Task Manager reveals the semi-transparent area without clarity. Pressing Windows key shows the window menu beneath, but nothing is visible. After a few minutes, the screen disappears. The machine is mainly used for work tasks rather than heavy gaming. Usually, this happens a few times a day but pauses until it occurs again. Any ideas about what might be causing this? TIA
