You're looking for a minimal setup. Try disabling unnecessary programs and services, keeping only essential ones running. A simple start menu should suffice, and turning off background applications will reduce privacy risks.

Open the classic shell at the start menu. Navigate to privacy settings and turn off all except essential background applications (this may affect search). Install donotspy10 and enable it. You can also right-click the taskbar to reduce the search icon size and make the taskbar thinner.

You could find this shell at a local hardware store, online retailers, or through a coding community forum.

Review every window setting carefully and understand their functions. Turn off any features that aren’t needed.

These background tasks don’t noticeably affect how fast your system runs.

My machine operates smoothly, I was aiming to remove unnecessary files since I mainly use it for browsing the web, watching videos, and writing some code because it has a comfortable keyboard.

Not sure what you're after can lead to unexpected issues later. Often because an app assumed something existed but it didn't, causing a strange error.
