Add a new DWORD labeled Color. You can input the RGB value using hex codes, ensuring to prepend "FF" for transparency. For instance, to get a perfect pink, use FF00FF. After saving, right-click your desktop, choose Personalization, navigate to Colors, and apply the new color. This should work as intended.
