You're experiencing this LiveKernelEvent 141 issue after switching to a GTX 650 GPU. You've already tried several fixes—reinstalling drivers, updating DDU, installing older versions, and re-seating the card from the PCIe slot with a new power connector. Your system details are an i5-3470, GTX 650, 8 GB DDR3, running Windows 10 Pro on an Asus H61M-E motherboard.

was considering another PCIe slot, but the board only has one. What were you using before? It could be a hardware issue. Did you install the latest BIOS when setting it up? It seems someone else is facing the same problem. Refer to this link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...3605eeafbe. The suggested fixes are related to drivers, hardware, or a remote possibility like the PSU. Ultimately, it turned out to be the mainboard.

I possibly resolved it by reinstalling Windows and changing the PCI-e Power connection. I believe the issue was with the power supply unit.
