They’re facing challenges with their computer setup after several problems with Windows 10. The system uses Grub for dual OS installation, but initial access to the Windows installer was difficult. After removing the boot loader and resetting CMOS, they reached the setup point. When prompted to install, a missing media driver appeared. Online research suggested repeatedly switching USB ports might help, though this hasn’t resolved the issue. The flash drive is USB 2.0, and they’re attempting to format it as an NVMe drive without other partitions. What might be interfering with the installation?

I obtained the ISO from a reliable source. It appears to be up-to-date. For loading drivers during installation, you’ll need to consult the official documentation, as the process may vary.

It was saved last day. The SSD we need to install had all its data erased, so unless you manage to include the driver file along with the ISO, it’s hard to proceed right now.

You should download " SATA Floppy Image_DID ver:9.3.0.296 " zip from ASRock > B450M Pro4 and extract it and copy it to your install USB stick. While Windows installation you can on some point load additional drivers. You should browse the directories you added to your stick and load all drivers you can find (*.inf files) and then continue installing windows. Hopefully the driver you need is included.

If this doesn't work, we'll need to add your drivers to the image. You might also consider using another USB port (avoiding a Sandisk).
