The charms bar is missing. The slider for adjusting brightness/volume is now included. Now only a brightness button remains, which you tap to cycle between 25, 50, 75, and 100% brightness. There’s no 0% option. You must navigate through the settings to choose your desired brightness level. Pressing Win+Q displays the search bar.
