I use mint and prefer a dark theme, with everything dark—even the file manager window. I need this setup on Windows.
You might consider UxStyle followed by a dark theme, though they can sometimes have issues. Unfortunately, Windows doesn't officially back dark theme for File Explorer. Likely because Microsoft is focused on developing a new UWP version instead.
