occasionally keys behave strangely in GTA V, making things like E open Explorer and W launch Inkspace. I’ve reprogrammed my key layout so only letters and numbers are used, and it still works. When I try to return to GTA, clicking left or right brings me back to the desktop. The only solution seems to be restarting the PC, keeping Key Bored active until Explorer.exe crashes or closing it manually and restarting.

Occasionally, the modifier keys or the Windows key seem unresponsive. By pressing them lightly, the issue usually resolves.

Purchase a standard 5$ gamepad, install the x360ce configuration file, and use it with a controller. Issue resolved.
