Corrected the issue! It looked like the MBR on the Windows SSD was erased, but I recovered it using these steps: https://neosmart.net/wiki/fix-mbr/#Fix_t...Windows_10. After that, I needed to adjust the boot priority in BIOS to reach Ubuntu (since the process in the link defaulted to Windows). In Ubuntu, I executed the commands M.Yurizaki suggested: sudo os-prober and sudo update-grub. It immediately recognized Windows, allowing me to double boot successfully.
