I acquired a fresh USB Bluetooth v5.0 adapter and connected it to my PC, but no response was detected—no confirmation sound and it wasn’t listed in the device manager. I tested across three USB ports and still couldn’t find any driver support for Windows 10. Where might I locate the appropriate driver?

Visit the adapter's official site to find available drivers. Even your motherboard's built-in Bluetooth may require a driver to operate properly.
