I set up Xubuntu on the second NVMe partition and Windows 10 on the first, using the same SSD. Since I can't access a Boot Menu and EasyBCD isn't working, I'm looking for ways to create one for both Windows 10 and Xubuntu.

What kind of motherboard do you own? You should have a boot menu with common buttons F2 or F12.

I have access to the boot menu. I don't have a bootloader that lets you choose the operating system.

It would be simpler to place each operating system on its own drive (not partitioned). The files and bootloader will remain separate, just click F9/F11 at startup to choose the drive you wish to boot from.
