Hi, so... my new PC runs Windows 10, and I noticed that when another tab loads, my current page scrolls slowly at first, then becomes smooth once the other tab finishes. With games open, the scrolling stays choppy until the game window closes. Anyone know what might be causing this? My old PC (Windows 7) didn’t have this problem, even though it was much older.

Upgrade your browser and attempt the task once more. Alternatively, remove it and reinstall the setup from scratch.

I've already checked all these options. The biggest frustration is how this only occurs on the High Spec Win10 machine, whereas the older 10-year-old PC running Windows 7 is working perfectly, even with just 8GB of RAM and a slow mechanical hard drive.

The issue stems from driver problems (chipset or GPU) or browser performance issues.

I understand. I'll attempt to update the GPU driver to see if that resolves the issue. It looks like the chipset already has the latest driver installed.
