The issue might be due to a system setting or installation error. Try checking your Windows installation options or reinstalling the OS to ensure compatibility with 64-bit Windows.

I downloaded it through the official website. Does your present Windows version use a 32-bit architecture?

I accessed the download wizard and set up a bootable USB with Windows 10 Pro on a different machine. Because the original device had custom settings, I used the beta product key provided. It functioned well—though I received a warning about needing an official key for the full version.

I've re-downloaded it. That's the sole alternative available.

get the correct Windows 10 64 bit ISO file and reinstall. If you’re missing the full version, provide a valid product key when prompted.

Using a valid product key ensures the correct version is downloaded, so you won’t face compatibility issues. The key should work for both 64-bit and 32-bit versions unless specified otherwise.
