Hi, I'm trying to repair my dad's PC. After updating, it reported an error like "Vide_tdr_failure." I managed to resolve it partially, but now I'm attempting to downgrade back to Windows 7. The start menu isn't working, so I can't access the settings or complete the downgrade. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Launch Task Manager to restart the Start Menu (explorer). Often resolves issues with the Start Menu in Windows 10.
