You're currently using Windows 7 HP SP1 with limited updates, and you're an Insider who installed Windows 10 on another machine. Upgrading your Windows 7 system to Windows 10 beta would likely be free if you qualify as an Insider, but confirm your eligibility through the official program.

Activate the latest updates right away. You have 9 days left, and it should still be Windows 10 beta. Don’t let that happen.

I attempted the command prompt with blue text, which confirmed the updates are installed. However, applying fixes doesn't resolve the issue, even after a restart. Next, I tried the ReserveWin10.cmd method, but it opened rapidly: http://i.imgur.com/Spjxyax.png. The Windows logo remains absent from my taskbar.
