Customization is mainly handled via the command line. I believe right-clicking a photo on an unactivated window should reveal an option to set it as a desktop shortcut.
Sure, you can get it for free by downloading it. However, using it legally isn’t possible according to Microsoft’s guidelines—purchasing is required. Whether you’re using unactivated Windows, pirated tools, or 5$ keys, it still counts as piracy. I’m not opposing piracy; it’s up to you whether you’re willing to pay for legitimacy.
