Navigate to settings, then update and security, view update history, and uninstall updates.
Choose the Windows update version 21H1 clearly marked, and proceed carefully.
Uninstall it now and give it a try!

I've noticed this with many users too; I usually wait a few months after a big update before confirming it's working properly.

I faced the same problem too. I went to 21h1, then opened everything and every icon turned black while Windows Explorer crashed. I tried reinstalling, but the issue persisted.

It might be the 0 driver from the anti-cheat system (Vanguard) that Valorant employs. These ring 0 drivers have full access and can lead to various issues.
