Since switching to Windows 10 1809, I experienced stuttering during game launches that resolved quickly. My 3D mark score fell by roughly 2k points overall (from 14k in 1803 to 12k in 1809). I upgraded for Ray Tracing support with my new 2080 Ti. I reinstalled drivers via DDU, turned off the game bar and game mode, but nothing resolved the issue. My current score is around 14.7k, which should be achievable on a 2080 Ti in Firefight Extreme if it was 15.9k at version 1803. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
