They seem to be all VDD. If correct, the worst outcome could be no post, reduced performance, or instability, based on the extent of trace damage.

they look plenty wide enough to me. maybe you've got better eyes than I do though, I don't see them as pairs. I'm sure the potato-vision isn't helping me either. this is a very low end motherboard too, no reason to believe no corners have been cut
