I ordered the Ryzen 7 5800X3D and intend to pair it with the Sapphire Radeon RX 7800 XT PULSE.
Will it fit in my case? Will it work with the rest of the build?

The card you're examining measures 280mm in length, but your case accommodates only up to 270mm when the front HDD tray is installed. If you don't require the HDD tray and remove it, you'll have 450mm available. Therefore, are you relying on the front HDD tray? If yes, you should look for a shorter card.
I think the Red Devil card there has a thickness of 2.5 slots. If that's the case, then you should be okay with the Shappire pulse.
I'm not entirely clear on the measurement, aren't their sizes quite alike?
From this perspective, your present card appears quite bulky, possibly even thicker than the 2.5 slots in the Sapphire, which shouldn't cause any issues. The main thing to keep an eye on is the end fan and the HDD tray; the fan should be positioned lower than its surroundings. If it isn't, you may need to add a small spacer to keep the card's end elevated slightly.
