You're considering whether to stick with the exact same RAM model or mix in different types. Right now you have a mix of Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600 C8 and Samsung CL11 running at 1600MHz with 8-8-8-24. Removing the CL11 lets you use XMP profiles for 1600MHz 8-8-8-24, but if you keep the CL11 it's limited to 1600MHz at best. As for differences between the two Corsair models, they're essentially the same product line, just with slight variations in design and packaging. For your needs—16GB RAM with XMP support and a minimum of CL8 at 1600MHz—choosing a compatible 16GB DDR4-3200 or higher would be best.

This doesn't address my query. I'm asking whether using XMP profile support for 1600MHz 8-8-8-24 will work with your setup—specifically, if a Kingston or Crucial/HyperX RAM that supports this profile runs correctly. Your system has mixed RAM (two Corsair and two Samsung sticks), which prevents it from running the 8-8-8-24 CL11 profile instead of the supported 8-8-8-24 CL3.

Aim to achieve 1600MHz CL8 performance on a 16GB system while keeping the Corsair RAM unchanged.
