Will this build workout?
Hello, this is my first time setting up a PC, so I built a configuration using PC Part Picker. According to the site, there are no issues, but I'm a bit cautious.
😀
Here’s the part list:

Please let me know if anyone can confirm, especially regarding CPU cooler clearance and wattage. Also, if there are better brands to swap in for what I chose.
Thanks in advance.

If I were you, I’d look into swapping out a more affordable CPU and case to upgrade to a better GPU (like GTX 1070 or 1080) and faster RAM (3000 or 3200). I believe this would improve performance. A case is essentially just a metal enclosure; there are many good options for around $50 to $100.
i wouldn't pair an i5 with a 1070, stick with the 7700k, it's the best choice right now, and plan to upgrade the gpu later.
for ram, aim for a 16g kit with two 8g sticks to enable dual channel, but if you can't afford 16g at least opt for two 4G sticks.
i wouldn't choose an evo 212 on a 7700k, they tend to overheat. it might work without overclocking, but it's not the best setup. i'd go with a big air cooler like a noctua d15 or cryorig r1 or a decent 280mm aio such as h115i or kraken x62.
finally, although that psu is great, you don't have to spend everything on it—anything with seasonic or super flower internals and sufficient wattage will work if you're looking to save a bit.

If you can't afford 16GB, at least get two 4GB sticks. Avoid an Evo 212 on a 7700k—it gets too hot. It might work without overclocking, but it's not the best setup. I'd recommend a big air cooler like a Noctua D15 or Cryo Original R1, or a good 280mm AIO such as H115i or Kraken X62. Lastly, while that PSU is great, you can opt for a more affordable one if needed. RAM-wise, the 2x4GB is better than single 8GB. Thanks again—I'm new to this! 😀
