You might want to consider this. Using Windows updates to install chipset drivers could be risky. It may conflict with existing drivers and cause instability. Downloading new drivers separately is safer. Running both at once could damage your PC. You should uninstall current drivers before installing new ones.

only one will run at a time.
if you are having no issues with what windows update gave you, then stick with it. no need to grab any others really. if there is an important security update, then MS will add it in and update accordingly.
the only real reason to go to the mobo support page would be for beta drivers or maybe a new feature that hasn't trickled down to update yet. assuming you want it a bit early before it makes it to windows update.
