Will my current power supply handle the RX 7700 XT?
Hi, I have an i5-4670k CPU, a Zotac 1050ti mini GPU, a Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H motherboard, BIOS F10b, Corsair CS650M PSU, 4x4GB RAM at 1600 MHz dual channel, Crucia MX 500 500GB SSD, a WD 1TB SATA internal HDD, AHCI settings, Windows 10, a cabinet cooler with Master HAF 912, and a Hyper 212X CPU cooler. I’m planning to swap my GPU for an RX 7700 XT without altering any other components. The RX 7700 XT needs two additional 8-pin power connectors. My PSU supports the graphics card? Please check the connectors in your PSU and share a picture if possible.

In which case it will probably be fine. But don't go running it to oblivion! Shouldn't need to upgrade anything else, but you will probably want to go through GPU driver cleanse and reinstall using DDU when you install the new GPU: Also just remember you're making a big step up in GPU, so you'll probably find your other hardware will begin to throttle your performance (depending on your usage).
It indeed does. Considering the rest of your setup, you've used it for some time; the PSU isn't particularly durable, and its age suggests it might be time to replace it. Remember, PSUs have a limited lifespan, and their failure usually happens gradually rather than suddenly.
Would I suggest getting a new PSU? Absolutely.
The PSU is 6 years old. Besides the PSU, are there any other components that need adjustment for the GPU upgrade?

If a PSU cannot supply sufficient power to the GPU under high demand, it may lead to long-term harm for both components.
If the PSU quality isn't adequate, poor quality power supplies can harm your entire system. This guide highlights some of the less obvious errors people make when choosing components for a custom PC.
