I recently installed a new computer and have been encountering ongoing WiFi connectivity problems. Even when networks are visible and I try to connect, there is no signal. Connecting through my phone's hotspot functions without issues. Troubleshooting Notes: The troubleshooter sometimes indicates connection failure, while other times it points to DNS server reachability. No clear error messages appear during these attempts. DNS Configuration: I tried switching between two Google DNS servers (V4 and V6), which briefly improved the situation but didn’t resolve it. Hardware Specifications: Motherboard model B650 AOS Elite AX, AMD Ryzen 800x3D, 16GB G.Skill Trident Z Neo storage, Samsung 990 Pro 2TB (two units), RTX 4070 graphics card, Asus TUF Gaming OC 12GB driver. PSU capacity is likely 650 or 750 watts. BIOS: SM BIOS 3.6, recently updated. Software: Only standard installations, with Microsoft security software present. Previous setup: I had a working Linux dual boot that supported WiFi. Video: A video has been attached to illustrate the problem and the steps I've tried. If you could assist, it would be very helpful. Appreciate your support.

Many users are experiencing problems with this wireless card (Realtek 8852CE). The positive update is that recent drivers are resolving many of these issues. Begin by ensuring your PC’s software is current—follow the provided instructions. Your motherboard versions range from 1.0 to 1.3, depending on your Wi-Fi card. Use the guide to determine which version you have. Once completed, follow these steps to install the latest drivers via Windows Update: gather the newest driver from the Microsoft Update Catalog and save the .cab file into a dedicated folder (double-click, select all, right-click → Extract...). Then place the extracted files in Device Manager, right-click the Realtek 8852CE Wi-Fi 6E PCI-E NIC entry, select "Update driver," and browse to your new folder before proceeding.
