I don't think so, here is the link to the drivers if you'd like to double check: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/downl...her-tx55e/ . | Okay I gotcha.

LAN Intel® I211-AT, 1 x Gigabit LAN Controller(s) represents your internet link. Which PCIe slots have you connected? Have you considered using one of the X16 slots? I’m not certain if you’re aware that the X1 can fit into any of those slots. I assume you installed the right drive version for your system as well. Checking the MOBO bios manual (page 36) reveals a Wi-Fi controller setting in the advanced options. It seems unlikely there’s a built-in Wi-Fi option, but it’s worth verifying. Look near the bottom of that menu if it appears. Another possibility is using the PCIEx16_3 Control and running it in X1 or X4 mode instead of auto. (You mentioned this before in your first post.) I tried setting BIOS to enable PCI-E x3 and switching between 2x and auto, but there shouldn’t be a 2x choice. Also, changing the generation doesn’t mean altering the lane value. The drivers indicate Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are handled separately in the installer. Assuming you installed the Wi-Fi version, did you also update the CPU chipset driver?
