Hello, your Wi-Fi appears to be down. Ethernet seems to be the only option for connecting. If you try to link your TV over Wi-Fi, it shows an incorrect password, but using Ethernet works.

Ethernet doesn't need a password, but if the password is wrong, that's usually the problem.

Have you attempted the simple method of turning it off and on? Occasionally, the issue might stem from a broader street or neighborhood concern.
