We're facing an issue where Wi-Fi functions but Ethernet isn't establishing a valid IP configuration. The router shows Ethernet as invalid. I've checked numerous solutions online, including the link you shared, but nothing resolved the problem. The router model is a ZTE Wireless N 300 Mbps with a 2.4 GHz frequency. It seems the device may have restarted or reset, which could have fixed the issue.
