Your motherboard issues persist despite multiple troubleshooting steps. I've checked the BIOS, drivers, Wi-Fi settings, and updated Windows versions. Still no improvement. Have you considered hardware testing or consulting a professional?

The Nic card might not hold up given the aging 970 chipset. It might be wise to consider getting a new card.
