Wireless card should not appear in Disk Management—it's meant for "Disk" management. Look in Device Manager to find any device without a driver and get more info. Is it on your motherboard or wireless card? What CPU do you have?

Did you ever share the bios of the model without using Wi-Fi on your board? I've noticed this situation before...

The Wi-Fi card is integrated into the motherboard, which suggests it's secure. I recently purchased a brand-new motherboard, so it seems unlikely anyone has taken it out.

Check for drivers by visiting the motherboard website, obtaining the manual for that board, searching online for the Wi-Fi card serial or part number, and then downloading the appropriate driver.

Hey! You mentioned trying those steps, but it seems the system didn't recognize a Wi-Fi card. Also, flashing the BIOS between devices didn't help. What might be missing?

I haven't discovered a solution yet. I'm reviewing this problem closely and it's really frustrating.

Hi! Unfortunately, I couldn't keep it. I had to send it back and get a replacement. If you have any ideas, I'd suggest swapping the M.2 Wi-Fi card for a WiFi 6E model. The price is about USD 10.00.
