I recently purchased an old Wi-Fi card and after connecting it, it functions normally at first. However, there are times when it disconnects unexpectedly. My system's power plan is set completely, and it loses about half its speed. These issues become clear when the connection drops, causing my PC to completely freeze—sometimes even randomly. Previously, it would cause a complete blue screen, occasionally without warning. Now, when I try input or video, the computer stops entirely, though audio remains functional. After about 30 seconds, the freeze clears and the system resumes working again. Windows updates are all installed, and I’m using Windows 10. Appreciate your assistance!

What are the details of your setup? The device might be defective, or the problem could stem from your equipment.
