Hello, I'm working with an MSI Modern 14 paired with a Ryen 7 5700U. It has 16GB RAM and 500GB storage. The system comes with W11, which is why it's been functioning well overall. There have been a few hiccups—three times the Wi-Fi would disconnect completely (uninstalling and reinstalling drivers repeatedly until it finally worked). The most recent issue was similar; I followed the usual steps but still faced problems. Now, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both struggling. The Bluetooth module shows up as MT7921K/RZ608, matching what my laptop reports—they’re essentially the same model just named differently. So far, no other solutions have worked except using Device Manager to uninstall and reinstall drivers, running the Windows Troubleshooter, or simply turning it off and on again. Thanks for your help.

It seems there might be an RMA concern, possibly related to the card's seating if it isn't soldered, or a driver update required.
