Yes. Three mice and identical results were observed. I believe the problem lies with latency.

It's quite unusual. Are there other tools you use for monitoring CPU or GPU performance besides MSI Afterburner and MSI Dragon? Consider turning them off and testing once more. It might also help to remove any USB devices other than the mouse.

I don’t own any of these programs; the computer has been reinitialized. I only use a keyboard, mouse, and two 4-dongle headphones, but I couldn’t remove them and they still didn’t work.
