I'm really frustrated with the low frame rate at 14 FPS on my laptop. I've switched to using an EGPU and installed it in the motherboard slot. Now I'm wondering how to get internet back in. Any suggestions for Wi-Fi options? Using an Ethernet cable isn't working for me, though my laptop has one. A DVD drive seems unlikely to help, and USB ports are fine, but some have blue tabs—what do they mean? Thanks!

USB Wifi adapter. There are literally thousands to choose from. Here's a random one from Amazon that got good reviews for less than $20. https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-600Mbps-W...2470955011

I know what you mean. I purchased one, but it only provided 512 kbps. Hopefully, others have had better success—I’ll give it another shot.

For gaming purposes, consider using an 802.11AC WiFi adapter to benefit from reduced latency compared to 802.11n. The specific performance will also depend on your router.
