Hello, I just set up a raspberryPi (PiZero 2w) with Pi-hole on my network and have been facing several issues. I'm new to network troubleshooting, so my approach might not be perfect from the start. I provided a basic network diagram to avoid confusion, but I didn’t include detailed configuration steps. The setup involved connecting my modem and router together as my ONT, then updating DNS settings on the ONT. Pi-hole handled its own DNS on the router, which worked for some devices but not others. My Wi-Fi connections stopped working on laptops and phones, only PCs over Ethernet or Wi-Fi were stable. I had to manually set a secondary DNS on my phone, but it didn’t integrate with Pi-hole. The problem keeps happening across all phones, especially my Google TV, and isn’t showing up on the ONT’s network. I’m really frustrated because I can’t figure out the root cause and feel overwhelmed trying to fix this without much experience. Thank you in advance for your help—I’m open to any details you can share.

Please display a screenshot of the AP's LAN configuration. Assuming your router is set to AP mode, all devices share the same IP range. Are you using a specific DNS server on the ONT? What is the model of your access point?

From the diagram, it seems the modem and router are integrated into the ISP ONT, functioning as a single unit rather than as distinct devices.

Sorry for the delayed response, university got in the way. Here are the two screenshots containing the needed details. The Asus one shows the AP, and the ZTE is the ISP device. I've set its DNS to 192.168.1.14 since that's the Pi Zero IP where Pi-hole runs.
