I've got a 200 Mbps download speed via my IPS. My Pixel 2 XL, Samsung Tab S2, and TV are fine with these speeds. My Windows 10 devices only get around 1-30 Mbps on average. I've tried many solutions but nothing works consistently. Any suggestions?
