All drivers are up to date and the antenna is connected. There are no Wi-Fi settings visible even when the phone is connected via hotspot.

Capture a snapshot of your device manager. I notice several yellow exclamation marks, suggesting many drivers are missing or installed incorrectly. Even if you have wireless drivers, lacking essential chipset components might cause problems. Verify the appropriate chipset driver is present.

Check the Bluetooth section for any yellow indicators.
