I tried but the phrasing felt a bit off. Not all users have Windows 7 or 8, and purchasing Windows 10 might be more cost-effective in certain regions.

Thank you! It sounds like you're considering Windows 8 and then upgrading to Windows 10 soon. From what I understand, there are no downgrade options and it might be more cost-effective.
