It's a personal preference, but I found it simpler to work with the terminal on Linux compared to the command prompt on Windows, particularly when using tools like Fish or Zsh that offer syntax highlighting, smart completions, and auto-suggestions. Additionally, there’s a unique feature for Linux: KDE Connect, an Android app that lets you sync notifications, clipboard, and control your computer from a phone’s touchscreen or software keyboard. It works with various desktop environments beyond KDE. This can be handy if you want to manage your TV from your couch or multitask across devices. Another suggestion: When checking which operating systems a Steam game supports, the Steam icon indicates Steam OS, which runs on Linux. Games based on Steam OS are also compatible with other Linux distributions.
