I recently assembled my new gaming PC. When I power it on, it exhibits unusual behavior such as freezing and stuttering. The only fix I discovered was restarting it. Once that's done, everything operates smoothly. This suggests I might need to restart the system twice for it to run stably. Are there any alternative methods I could explore?
