I am playing games on my ASUS ROG Strix G15 using an R7 6800H and an RTX 3060. I played War Thunder and BattleBit, but I don't see a %99 GPU usage. When I use Stable Diffusion in Ultimate GPU mode with fan Turbo turned up and vsync disabled, the FPS looks like 144, which just happened to be around that number when I checked Photo Is. Wait, wait, actually looking at the image link provided is misleading because it doesn't show my monitor settings or any performance data, but you can see the GPU usage charts are usually high on Stable Diffusion in Ultimate mode.

Because these games use fewer resources than heavy ones, they won't drain your computer too much. If you actually want to know how the system is using things right now, just run some graphics stress tests when you need more performance.

Maybe the graphics card's power draw isn't very high?
