Long ago I used Windows 10 and played Valorant without any trouble. But recently I went back to Windows 7 and switched my graphics card from an HD5570 to a GTS 250. When I tried to download Valorant, this message kept showing up: "A d3d11-compatible gpu (feature level 11.0 shader model 5.0) is required to run the engine Valorant." I checked my DirectX version and it said System Version DX11 while the Driver DX DDI Version was 10. My current GPU can handle DX11, so why isn't it working? I couldn't find any fix online and I don't know how to upgrade from 10 to 11.

This graphics card uses a version of OpenGL called 4.0, which is the standard for older games and apps that might not run smoothly on new hardware.
