Why is my VRAM gradually increasing?

I noticed this problem about a week ago when my VRAM was above 200%. Even after updating the drivers, the issue persists. I restarted my PC and the VRAM returned to around 6%, but it gradually increases again, particularly during gameplay. The unusual part is that I haven’t seen any performance problems even at that high level. No stuttering or crashes occurred. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.

Vram like system ram is also used as storage games use to store data to be used when playing. It's much faster this way instead of the gpu having to pull data from hdd/ssd or system memory.
It's normal behaviour 👍
