Would there need to be a mandatory reading of specific stickies prior to posting your initial questions, depending on the subforum? For example, before you can submit your first question in the Systems section, are you required to read either the NO POST, Community Rules, or How to ask for new build/upgrade advice stickies?

We can't push individuals into doing that. It's not related to the software.
Other discussions might help, but we should stay on the main forum feedback section.

Thank you for the feedback. It seems my GPU is working correctly, and I also checked my CPU using Cinebench. However, I'm unsure if there are comparable tools for CPU performance.

It's located inside the margin. A fresh start would probably improve your score since only Windows processes would run without background services.
