Hello everyone. The issue I'm experiencing is that my GPU is struggling in certain games such as Helldivers 2, but performs well in others like Alan Wake 2. In Helldivers 2 I maintain around 80-90 FPS, which also decreases to the low 70s. My GPU usage is at 60% and CPU around 45%. In Alan Wake 2 I achieve 110-130 FPS, matching benchmark videos on YouTube, with GPU usage at 99% and CPU at 25%. For CS2, I get between 250 to 350 FPS, while others see around 600-700 FPS. My GPU usage is at 70% and CPU at 20%. I'm trying to understand what's causing this inconsistency. Here are my details:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core
GPU: RTX 4070 Ti 12GB
RAM: 32 GB 3200Mhz, Dual-Channel
Monitor: Alienware 1080p 240Hz GSync

My PSU is a Volcano 750W 80+ bronze model. The GPU temperature ranges from about 65 to 70 degrees Celsius during gaming and drops to around 50 when idle.

The premise is incorrect. FPS originates from the CPU, while eyecandy comes from the GPU.

It might be a CPU bottleneck.

This is one of the most commonly misused and misunderstood terms.
For example:
"In CS2 I achieve around 250 to 350 FPS, whereas others reach about 600-700 FPS. My GPU usage is at 70% and CPU usage is near 20%."
You can't simply compare your setup to someone else's.
No idea about the adjustments they made, the software they installed, etc.
Each system is unique.

Yeah, but it's annoying to notice that. In Helldivers 2 I notice players achieving around 110-120 fps with this card, yet they have stronger CPUs, which makes me think about potential bottlenecks. My game sometimes drops to 70 or even 60 fps.

Better CPU.
As said, the CPU delivers the framerate.
But that is not what a "bottleneck" is.
There is nothing "wrong". It is simply a limitation of your CPU.

Thank you for your responses, perhaps I'll consider purchasing a new CPU now.
