Why is my PC not booting

Motherboard model: MSI X58 Pro. CPU: Xeon X5675. Graphics: 1050 Ti. I recently switched from the Xeon X5650 to the X5675, but now my PC won’t boot. The cooler and GPU fans are running at minimal speeds. No display connection detected, though I’m sure everything is properly connected. Could you help figure out what’s wrong or suggest a fix? Edit: After updating the BIOS, the issue resolved. Thanks!

It doesn't matter since the X58 Pro isn't officially supported by those CPUs. Consider re-seating the CPU. Test with just one RAM stick in a different slot.
