I have been having trouble switching between my graphics cards (integrated and discrete) when I play games since updating my BIOS from F52 to F55. After checking game settings, the AMD Radeon software only uses my integrated GPU for both high performance and power saving. When I run DxDiag, it shows a display tab but no render tab. Task Manager also shows the same temperature for both GPUs, but msinfo and GPU-Z work correctly. My BIOS update enabled crossfire, which stopped me from using the discrete card properly; my VRAM dropped from 2GB to only 512MB. I tried removing drivers with DDU and amd cleanup utility, reinstalling them from AMD and HP, rolling back the BIOS, but nothing worked because the signature file couldn't be read. Even after re-flashing the BIOS, a driver named Complex Root Express changed to PCI bus.

If you checked that your BIOS got the latest version, I'd take the power cord out of the wall and then take out the RAM sticks and the battery. Then, press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Here is a note: I use my power cable 24 hours a day without any battery. How did you flash the BIOS without using a battery? That's one thing needed to do this, and it has to be charged at least 80% before starting. The OS is Windows 11 home (modified so that auto-updates are turned off). Where did you get the installer for the OS from?
