your fps remains low in pugbg despite high system specs, often staying around 100-130fps even when drops below 100fps. the computer specs you mentioned can reach over 200fps, but your performance doesn’t match that. changing from windows 11 to windows 10 didn’t improve things either. there might be an issue with your motherboard, as it only has 4+1+1 vrms. upgrading to a colorful battleax b650m plus v14 could help. your current setup includes a ryan zen 5, asrock h610m-hdv/m.2, 16gb ram, and an msi ventus with rtx 3060 ti. the multi-core test score was 11554, while single core scored 1812.

Low FPS at 20 is acceptable, but 60 FPS works fine. 100+ FPS is playable beyond that. This doesn't match exactly, so your build might have malware or bloatware problems, or outdated drivers affecting hardware optimization. The VRM in the main phase seems to be the cause, after checking other factors.

For more details on VRMs, see this link: https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/glossary/vrm/
Which benchmark should I use? Cinebench or another?

Also, remember that the GPU mainly determines FPS, while the CPU only matters for CPU-intensive games like Cities:Skylines.

PUBG is an online game; its performance depends on your internet speed and latency to servers, which can also cause stutters.

When using Cinebench 23, the single-threaded performance seems normal, but the multithreaded results are poor. This suggests an issue with cooling or power supply.

Would you like me to check for similar performance issues in other games?

There are numerous factors involved here. You can't simply rely on generic benchmarks for comparison. Even with identical CPU and GPU, other components might differ, and most importantly, game settings and resolution can vary. If benchmark tests run the game at 1080p medium settings while you play it at 1440p high settings, you'll likely see a significant drop in FPS.
