When moving information from one place to another, the weakest connection sets the pace. It might be the website you're accessing, your Wi-Fi signal, your local network performance, or your device's processing power. You can improve your computer, network card, and internet service (though at a cost), but you can't enhance the server's capacity if it doesn't offer extra data transfer.

We understand from your initial message... the file size isn't an issue. Where exactly are you obtaining it?

The factors with minimal impact on your download speed are the Internet connection's rate and the server's bandwidth. The price you pay for a high-speed plan determines your actual download capability, while a strong home network connection offers little advantage.
