The photo shows your CPU activity during a game, and you heard your computer acting unusually loud before it overheated. With a 3070Ti and an i7-9700K, you're wondering why it ran so high and hot.

It looks like only Dying Light is utilizing the PC. You might want to install MSI Afterburner to monitor CPU and GPU temperatures and fan speeds (especially with a 3-fan GPU which could have dual speeds). Note that overheating often occurs, but higher frame rates can raise GPU temps too—also verify if any fans are stuck or not working.

I have a kraken water cooler with one or two fans. I'll restart the game and share the outcomes soon.

Clock speeds appear typical. There was no throttling during the screenshot capture. Could you display the "Sensors" screen? That would let us review CPU thermal data. Additionally, checking the motherboard thermals might be useful.

I tried my best to capture what was happening, but faced some challenges with the initial attempts.

Your RAM is only operating at 2133 MHz. The motherboard likely supports 2933 MHz with an i7 processor, but it doesn’t allow adjusting the RAM speed. You might need to modify the BIOS settings instead.

In the BIOS, locate the memory/RAM area and adjust the speed settings. Activate XMP during this process to enhance memory performance.
